To Chariots Staff:        I am writing to let you know how very pleased myself and my wife, Dr. Newman-Biggs, were with the car buying experience we experienced recently at Chariots. I am addressing this letter to the staff because, as is true with most great costumer service, the entire staff contributed to the wonderful sense of dedication to complete customer satisfaction.        We had spoken with Gerard Missbach when we stopped by several months ago and he offered sound advice about our trade- in car, a 325i B\u003CW. After we sold that car, we went back to Chariots and were met by Chris Perrotta. Both gentlemen could not have been more professional, knowledgeable or personable. We were allowed to wander around and just appreciate the wide variety of fantastic pre-owned, luxury vehicles.        We also went to other new car dealers, but no service exceeded our expectations ike Chariots. We have not enjoyed the car buying experience in the past, but we are very pleased with the "new", pre- owned Mercedes- Benz discovered at Chariots. Chris even arranged for the car to be serviced by the local Mercedes-Benz dealer free of charge.  (Though it was certified pre-owned just prior to our purchase, it was nevertheless due to be serviced due to a pre-set time schedule for the car's maintenance.) Thanks again for the wonderful experience and we will definitely refer others to Chariots in the future.
